His career path changed and led him to real estate. He works many aspects of real estate including residential and commercial sales. He has broken many sales records in South Florida and Southwest Florida alike. Serf’s most recent record sale includes the Flagship Cinemas 49,000 Sqft building in Homestead Florida for $6 million dollars. He worked both sides of the transaction representing buyer and seller in order to reach a successful closing.

Born and raised in S. Florida he had the advantage of a multi-cultural lifestyle. Being bi-lingual in Spanish and English gives him the unique ability to help many more clients from around the globe.

Serf currently resides in Florida’s Gulf Coast with his wife, 5 children and their dog Jaxx. He spends his time playing golf with friends and clients and enjoys everything the Gulf Coast has to offer.
